Looking for a Bitcoin casino in Australia? We tested ten crypto casinos from an Australian connection and ranked them on what matters once the deposit has landed: how quickly the money comes back, how hard the bonus is to clear, which coins work, how deep the game library is, who licenses the operator and how much ID it wants. This page is our working list of the best Bitcoin casino options for Australians, scored out of 10 and built from the same seven criteria for every brand.

Two things shape the ranking and you should know them before you click anything. First, every site here is an offshore operator, so none of these brands holds an Australian licence: the Interactive Gambling Act makes serving Australians an offence, and that falls on the operator, not on you. Second, we cover the cashout side with real numbers: we timed a Litecoin withdrawal at Vave (20 minutes) and a Solana one at BitStarz (37 minutes), and we publish stated payout times for the rest. Our methodology shows how each number was reached.

If you only read one part of this page, read this. The three tiles below cover what the law says about operators, what it says about you, and what the regulator does about offshore sites. The detail follows in the legal section, with official sources at the bottom of the page.

Bitcoin casino reviews: our 10 tested crypto casinos

Each review below gives our score out of 10, the best use for the site, the main numbers and the catch. Bonus figures are printed as the casino or our sources state them, so some are in $ and some in A$, and we have not converted them. Where sources disagree we show the range. Every brand also has a full review page with the seven criterion scores.

1. CasinOK - Best for instant no-KYC payouts

CasinOK takes first place with 8.5 out of 10, and the reason is simple: it lists instant crypto withdrawals with no withdrawal limit, and it asks for no KYC at sign-up. Payout speed carries the heaviest weight in our scorecard, and it earns 9.5 there, with privacy at 9.

The welcome offer is a 300% match up to $6,000 over the first three deposits, with 777 free spins, 10% cashback, 35x wagering and a $10 minimum deposit. The cashier takes nine coins, from BTC and ETH through to DASH and BCH. The library runs past 9,000 games, with a sportsbook and its own 125% bonus alongside.

The weak points are real. There is no demo mode, so you cannot try a pokie without staking, and the licence is Curaçao with a 2024 launch, which gives it the shortest track record of the top three (licence score 6.5). When we opened the main domain from an Australian connection it was blocked, which fits how the ACMA treats offshore casino sites.

Criterion scores: payout 9.5, bonus 8.5, coins 8, games 8.5, licence 6.5, privacy 9, extras 8. Its 35x wagering is mid-range for the group and well below the 60x to 80x we see at WSM Casino and Betpanda.

Pros

  • Instant crypto withdrawals with no withdrawal limit listed
  • No KYC at sign-up
  • 300% welcome offer up to $6,000 plus 777 free spins and 10% cashback
  • 9 coins accepted from a $10 minimum deposit
  • Sportsbook with its own 125% bonus

Cons

  • No demo mode for the games
  • 35x wagering applies to the welcome bonus
  • Curaçao licence and a 2024 launch, so a short track record

Verdict The strongest all-round pick on our scorecard: instant payouts, no KYC and a large game library, held back only by a young Curaçao licence.

2. Vave - Best for fast altcoin cashouts and high limits

Vave scores 8.4 and wins on cashout flexibility. It lists altcoin withdrawals in under an hour and Bitcoin in up to 24 hours, and in our own test a Litecoin withdrawal landed in 20 minutes. Per-transaction limits reach $50,000 with no fees from the casino, only network fees.

The cashier handles 12 to 18 coins, with a 20 USDT minimum deposit, among them BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, XRP and DOGE. Four deposits earn a 325% match up to 4 BTC and 100 free spins, with 5% cashback, and the sportsbook adds a separate 100% bonus up to 1 BTC. Wagering runs from 35x to 50x over 30 days.

The library is large: 7,000 to 10,000+ games, including 1,350 live tables from 11 studios such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Ezugi. Against that, Vave publishes no licence, which is why its licence score is 5, and it has no AUD support, so fiat has to be bought through third parties. A no-KYC badge is shown, but a selfie with ID or a call may still be requested. Vave opened normally on our Australian connection.

Criterion scores: payout 9.5, bonus 8, coins 9, games 9, licence 5, privacy 8, extras 8.

Details are on the Vave review page.

Pros

  • Tested 20-minute payout via Litecoin
  • Up to $50,000 per withdrawal transaction with no withdrawal fees
  • 12 to 18 coins accepted, from a 20 USDT minimum
  • 7,000 to 10,000+ games including 1,350 live tables
  • Sportsbook and 5% cashback on top of the welcome offer

Cons

  • No licence published
  • Wagering is 35x to 50x with 30 days to clear
  • No AUD support: fiat is bought through third parties
  • Welcome bonus is split over four deposits

Verdict Vave is among the fastest and most flexible on payouts and limits, but a missing licence means it ranks below CasinOK.

3. 7Bit Casino - Best for a big Bitcoin welcome bonus

7Bit Casino scores 8.2 and has the largest headline Bitcoin welcome in this group: 325% up to 5.25 BTC, equal to $5,400, spread over four deposits, with 250 free spins on top. A separate 75 free spins with no deposit is listed, and weekend cashback goes up to 20%. Wagering is 35x to 45x, and the minimum deposit is $20.

It is a long-runner. 7Bit has operated since 2014 under a Curaçao licence, so its licence score of 9 is the joint highest in the table. Altcoin withdrawals are typically under an hour, the library spans 4,000 to 10,000+ games with a listed 96.5% RTP, and demo play is available. Coins named include BTC, ETH, LTC and DOGE.

The trade-offs: no sportsbook, no dedicated app (the mobile browser is the way in), and withdrawals unlock only after identity verification, which is why privacy scores 6. The main domain was blocked when we tried it from an Australian connection.

Criterion scores: payout 9, bonus 8.5, coins 7.5, games 8.5, licence 9, privacy 6, extras 6. Against CasinOK, 7Bit gives up privacy and extras in return for a longer record and a larger Bitcoin bonus, and its $20 minimum deposit is double CasinOK’s.

See the 7Bit Casino review for the full breakdown.

  • 325% welcome offer worth up to 5.25 BTC plus 250 free spins
  • Operating since 2014 under a Curaçao licence
  • 75 no-deposit free spins listed
  • Demo play available

Cons

  • No sportsbook
  • Wagering is 35x to 45x
  • Withdrawals unlock only after identity verification
  • No dedicated app: mobile browser only

Verdict A long-running crypto casino with a big Bitcoin welcome package and fast altcoin payouts, but no sportsbook and verification before withdrawals.

4. Crypto-Games - Best for rakeback and crypto-native games

Crypto-Games scores 8.0 and suits players who care about what comes back after the first bonus. A 10% weekly rakeback applies, the top VIP level pays 25% rakeback plus 600 free spins, and a $50 sports free bet is listed. The welcome offer is 200% up to 20,000 USDT over three deposits, with 200 free spins on a $50+ deposit, and wagering of 25x to 40x depending on the tier.

Payouts take 15 to 60 minutes by the site’s own description. Deposits start from roughly A$1 to A$2 up to $15 depending on the coin, the minimum withdrawal is $50, and between 6 and 10+ coins are supported, from BTC and ETH through to TRX and XRP. The library is 4,000 to 10,000+ games with a 97.3% listed RTP, and a sportsbook is built in.

It is not all upside. The Costa Rica registration cannot be verified, which is why licence scores 5.5. There is no demo mode and no AUD support. KYC is not requested at sign-up, but checks can follow on large withdrawals. It opened on our Australian connection.

Criterion scores: payout 9, bonus 8, coins 8, games 7.5, licence 5.5, privacy 8, extras 8.5.

Pros

  • Payouts in 15 to 60 minutes
  • 200% welcome offer up to 20,000 USDT
  • 10% weekly rakeback and a $50 sports free bet
  • Sportsbook built in
  • Minimum deposit from about A$1–2 to $15

Cons

  • Wagering of 25x to 40x on the welcome offer
  • No demo mode
  • Costa Rica registration that cannot be verified
  • No AUD support

Verdict Quick payouts, a huge welcome ceiling and weekly rakeback make it a strong crypto-native pick, though its offshore licence is unverified.

5. Metaspins - Best for rakeback and daily lootboxes

Metaspins scores 7.8 and is built around retention rather than the welcome offer. Rakeback reaches 120%, and daily lootboxes pay out free spins, cashback and reloads. Bitcoin withdrawals are listed at under an hour with no fees.

The first-deposit bonus is a modest 100% up to 1 BTC or 2,500 USDT (our sources split between the two), with 40x wagering and 60 days to claim it. Twelve coins are accepted including memecoins, and you can buy crypto on the site itself, which helps if you are starting from a bank card. About 5,000+ games and live events are listed alongside a sportsbook, under a Curaçao licence.

The catches are a modest welcome next to the top three, a games count that is only quoted as a round figure, and identity checks that can be requested before a payout. It scores 9 on extras but 6 on privacy. Metaspins opened on our Australian connection.

Criterion scores: payout 9, bonus 7, coins 8, games 7, licence 8, privacy 6, extras 9. If you plan to play every week rather than claim a bonus and move on, this is where our scorecard is most generous to Metaspins, because the sign-up offer alone will not carry it.

The Metaspins review covers the rakeback tiers in more detail.

Pros

  • Bitcoin payouts within an hour with no fees
  • 12 coins including memecoins
  • Rakeback up to 120% and daily lootboxes
  • Buy crypto directly on the site
  • Sportsbook and live events alongside the casino

Cons

  • Welcome bonus is only 100% with 40x wagering
  • Games count is not published
  • Identity checks can be requested before payouts

Verdict Best for regulars who want rakeback and daily drops; the welcome bonus is modest next to the top three.

6. MyStake - Best for a big game library with PayID and cards

MyStake scores 7.7 and is the pick if you want a deep catalogue and a payment menu that goes beyond crypto. Between 7,000 and 8,750+ games are listed, including 300+ live tables, from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming and NoLimit City. One comparison puts average RTP at 98%, the highest figure we have for any of the ten.

The welcome offer is 300% up to $1,500 in one source and up to A$3,000 in another, so we print the range. Wagering is 30x with 30 days to clear, and both the minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal are $20. Seven coins are named (BTC, ETH, XRP, BCH, USDT, XMR and DASH), and PayID, cards and e-wallets are listed next to them. A sportsbook and crypto cashback promos round it out, under a Curaçao licence held since 2020.

The gap is cashout speed: nobody publishes MyStake’s withdrawal time, which holds payout to a 7 and keeps the brand mid-table despite a strong library. KYC policy is also not stated (privacy 6). The main domain was blocked when opened from our Australian connection, so check that a site loads for you before you think about depositing.

  • PayID, cards and e-wallets listed next to crypto
  • 30x wagering on the 300% welcome offer
  • Curaçao licence since 2020

Cons

  • Crypto list is short: 7 coins in one reference
  • Payout speed is not published
  • $20 minimum deposit and $20 minimum withdrawal

Verdict A mature Curaçao brand with a large library and fiat options, but nobody publishes its payout speed, which keeps it mid-table.

7. Betpanda - Best for anonymous play with wager-free cashback

Betpanda scores 7.7 and has the odd distinction of a weak welcome bonus and one of the best weekly ones. The first-deposit offer is 100% up to 1 BTC with 80x wagering, which is the highest requirement among the ten, so we would skip it. The 10% weekly cashback has no wagering at all and is paid on Wednesdays, with an extra 5% on selected games.

Deposits start at $0.10, withdrawals are listed as instant with zero fees, and anonymous play is advertised, which earns privacy 9.5. Bitcoin is the only coin the site names; it says “other supported cryptocurrencies” without listing them, and there is no fiat support. From 5,000 to 8,000+ games are listed with a 97% RTP, plus a sportsbook, live casino and demo play. It is registered in Costa Rica and dates from 2023.

For a first look, we captured the lobby from an Australian connection, and it opened without any block. The downside is the short coin list and the 80x welcome requirement.

Criterion scores: payout 9.5, bonus 5.5, coins 6.5, games 8, licence 6, privacy 9.5, extras 9.

The Betpanda review goes through the cashback terms.

8. BitStarz - Best for provably fair games and tested fast cashouts

BitStarz scores 7.6. It has the most documented cashout record in the group: the site quotes about three minutes for most approvals and a 24-hour ceiling, and our own Solana withdrawal took 37 minutes.

Four deposits earn 180 free spins and a 300% match capped at 5 BTC, but the 40x wagering must be cleared in 7 days, which is a tight window. Twelve coins are accepted, from BTC and LTC to BNB and ADA, as well as Visa and Mastercard. Minimums are on the high side: A$40 to deposit and A$50 to withdraw.

The library is smaller than its rivals, at 2,300 to 6,000+ games from BGaming, Playtech, Betsoft and Yggdrasil, with provably fair titles and a listed 96% RTP. It has run since 2014 under a Curaçao licence (licence 9). There is no sportsbook and no cashback listed (extras 5). KYC is not needed to play, but verification can be requested at the operator’s discretion. The main domain was blocked from our Australian connection.

Criterion scores: payout 8, bonus 7.5, coins 8, games 7.5, licence 9, privacy 6, extras 5. Small deposits are not its strength: A$40 is the highest minimum among the casinos that publish one.

  • Provably fair titles

Cons

  • Smaller library of 2,300+ games in one reference
  • No sportsbook
  • A$40 minimum deposit and A$50 minimum withdrawal
  • Bonus unlocks over four deposits with 7 days to clear

Verdict A veteran since 2014 with quick tested cashouts, but a smaller catalogue and no sportsbook.

9. WSM Casino - Best for VIP cashback and a sportsbook

WSM Casino scores 7.3, the lowest of the nine casinos that accept Australians. The headline is large: a 200% match of up to $25,000, with 50 free spins and 10 free bets thrown in. The price is wagering of 60x to 75x with only 14 days to clear, among the heaviest of the ten, which keeps bonus value at 6.

What redeems it is the VIP side. A personal VIP host is listed with 20% to 25% cashback, along with weekly bonuses up to $10,000. Withdrawals are listed as instant, and the minimum deposit and withdrawal are both $10. The site says it supports Bitcoin and 20 more cryptocurrencies, but we can only name Bitcoin. Between 4,000 and 5,000+ games are listed at 96.2% RTP, with a sportsbook and demo play, under a Curaçao licence from 2023.

Its KYC policy is not published, so privacy sits at 6. The site loaded on our Australian connection.

Criterion scores: payout 9, bonus 6, coins 7, games 7.5, licence 7, privacy 6, extras 8.5. Heavy players may find the 20% to 25% cashback worth more than the welcome offer.

The WSM Casino review explains how the VIP tiers work.

  • $10 minimum deposit and withdrawal

Cons

  • 60x to 75x wagering is among the highest of the ten

Verdict Generous headline bonus and VIP perks, but wagering of 60x to 75x makes the welcome offer hard to clear.

10. BC.Game - Best for the widest coin range

BC.Game is the awkward entry, and we would rather say so up front. Its weighted score is 8.2, level with 7Bit Casino, but the site told us, on an Australian connection, that it does not take players from this region. Under our availability gate, a casino that refuses Australian players ranks after every casino that accepts them, so it sits tenth.

On its own terms it is strong: 18 blockchain networks, 9,000+ games with in-house originals, a 96.7% RTP, sportsbook, lottery and bingo on one account, and a licence from Anjouan dating to 2017. The welcome package is 470% up to $1,600 to $4,000 plus 400 free spins over four deposits, with 20x to 35x wagering and 40x to 60x on free-spin winnings. Deposits start at $5 to $15. It is a web app only, with no native app. No source states a withdrawal time or a coin-by-coin list, so we leave those out.

Criterion scores: payout 7.5, bonus 8.5, coins 9.5, games 9, licence 7, privacy 6.5, extras 9. The payout score is a 7.5 because no withdrawal time is published.

The BC.Game review repeats the rank explanation and nothing more.

BC.Game #10

Cons

  • Not accepting Australian players: it refused our Australian connection
  • Free-spin winnings carry 40x to 60x wagering

Best Bitcoin casino comparison: all 10 on one table

The table puts the main numbers for these Bitcoin gambling sites side by side: welcome offer, wagering, minimum deposit, cashout speed, game count and licence. Read the wagering column first. A large headline bonus with 60x to 80x attached is usually worth less than a smaller one at 35x, and our bonus guide shows how to price that.

How we rank crypto casinos

We score every casino from 0 to 10 on seven criteria and combine them with fixed weights: crypto payout speed 25%, bonus value and wagering 20%, coins, deposits and limits 15%, game library 15%, licence and track record 10%, privacy and KYC 10%, and cashback, VIP and extras 5%. The same numbers appear on the cards, in the reviews and in the table below, and each criterion score has a one-line reason on the how we rate page.

Payout speed gets the biggest weight because it is where crypto casinos differ most and where a player feels the difference. Where a figure is missing, such as MyStake’s withdrawal time, we score it from what is published and say so. We do not guess a number.

One rule overrides the maths. Under the availability gate, any casino that turns Australian players away ranks below every casino that takes them, regardless of its weighted score. Only BC.Game triggers it today. Scores are editorial opinion based on the facts we hold, and they are not a guarantee of how any site will treat your account.

The legal position is simple to state and often misreported. Offering online casino services to Australians is illegal for the operator. Playing is not what the law targets. But that distinction leaves you holding most of the risk, and the sections below explain why. Everything here comes from ACMA, the Department of Infrastructure, AUSTRAC and the ATO, listed in the sources at the end, and the full legal guide goes further.

The Interactive Gambling Act 2001

The Act covers all gambling that takes place online, through a website, an app or by phone. It makes it illegal to provide online casino games such as roulette, poker, craps, pokies and blackjack to anyone physically in Australia, and it applies to every provider whether it is based here or offshore. Maximum penalties are $360,000 a day for an individual and $1.8 million a day for a company.

What it means for the player

The Act is aimed at the providers of interactive gambling, according to the Department of Infrastructure, not at people who play. That is the legal side. The practical side is blunter: the same department warns that an illegal service may keep deposits or winnings, and that Australian regulators cannot help if a provider treats you badly. The ACMA lists complaints about deposits accepted but winnings not payable, and about operators that close or move so the money disappears.

ACMA website blocking

The ACMA asks Australian internet providers to block illegal gambling sites. Since its first request in November 2019, it reports 1,708 illegal gambling and affiliate websites blocked (as at 21 May 2026), and more than 230 services have pulled out of the market since enforcement began in 2017. This is why four of our ten (CasinOK, 7Bit Casino, MyStake and BitStarz) did not load normally on an Australian connection, and why a blocked site may stop you logging in to an existing account. We do not suggest ways around a block.

The 2024 ban on crypto at licensed bookmakers

From 11 June 2024, Australian-licensed online and phone wagering providers cannot accept credit cards or digital currency such as Bitcoin. The ban does not reach lotteries. It means that a bookmaker on the ACMA register will not take your crypto, and any site that does is outside that regime.

Offshore licences

The ten casinos here hold Curaçao, Costa Rica or Anjouan registrations, or publish none (Vave). These are offshore credentials. None is an Australian licence, and the Department of Infrastructure describes recourse for Australians who use these services as little. That is why licence is a weighted criterion in our scorecard, and why we mark unverified registrations plainly.

AUSTRAC and your exchange

Any business that provides digital currency exchange services in Australia must register with AUSTRAC, and a searchable public register of virtual asset service providers was announced in April 2026. Buy your coins from a registered exchange, and expect it to verify your identity. AUSTRAC continues to treat the virtual asset sector as a high money-laundering risk.

Tax on winnings and on your coins

The ATO treats betting and gambling wins as non-assessable for recreational players. Crypto is separate: selling, swapping or spending a coin is a capital gains tax event, converted to A$ using Reserve Bank of Australia rates. A coin you win and keep as an investment takes the market value on the day you won it as its cost base. Keep a record of each deposit and withdrawal, and check with a registered tax agent.

Why we still review offshore casinos

We are an independent review site, and Australians search for these brands whatever the law says. Our job is to tell you what we found, including that none holds an Australian licence, that several are blocked, and that one refuses Australian players outright. Nothing on this page is legal advice. The ACMA publishes a register of licensed providers, and it is the first place to check any operator.

What changes in 2027

The Gambling Reform Bill 2026, an amendment to the Interactive Gambling Act, received Parliament’s approval on 19 August 2026. It restricts gambling advertising, creates a global opt-out register, bans commissions to staff or affiliates based on customer activity and boosts enforcement, including taking down illegal services and their adverts. Most measures start on 1 January 2027. We explain how this site earns on the disclosure page.

Licensed Australian alternatives to a Bitcoin casino

If the legal position troubles you, the compliant route is an Australian-licensed wagering provider. These four appear on the ACMA register of licensed providers, and none accepts crypto. They are sports and racing betting operators, not casinos, since licensed online casino games do not exist in Australia. We do not link to them or run offers for them.

Licensed operators come with BetStop, the national self-exclusion register, and a regulator you can complain to. If crypto is the sticking point, remember that the 2024 rules are the reason none of them will take it.

How Bitcoin casino deposits and withdrawals work

A crypto casino has no card terminal. You send coins from a wallet or exchange to an address the cashier gives you, the casino credits your balance once the network confirms the transfer, and a withdrawal reverses the path. For an Australian the first hurdle is the on-ramp, because the coins have to come from somewhere. Our wallet guide covers custody and security in depth, and the steps below are the short version.

Two costs are worth knowing. The casino may charge nothing, as Vave and Betpanda say, but the network still takes a fee, which varies by coin and by how busy the chain is. And each transfer needs confirmations before the balance shows, so a Bitcoin deposit usually waits longer than a Litecoin or Solana one.

Funding your account step by step

  1. Buy coins at an exchange registered with AUSTRAC. You will verify your identity there, whatever the casino asks later.
  2. Open the casino cashier and choose the coin and network. Match the network exactly, especially for USDT, which runs on several chains.
  3. Copy the deposit address and check the first and last characters after pasting it.
  4. Send a small test amount first. A mistaken address or wrong network cannot be reversed.
  5. Wait for the network confirmations the cashier asks for, then send the rest.

Withdrawing your winnings

Withdrawals work the other way: you enter a wallet address, the casino approves the request, and the network moves the coins. Approval is where the time goes. CasinOK, Betpanda and WSM Casino list instant withdrawals, Crypto-Games 15 to 60 minutes, and BitStarz up to 24 hours. Vave lists BTC up to 24 hours and altcoins under 1 hour. Minimums matter too: $50 at Crypto-Games, A$50 at BitStarz, $20 at MyStake and $10 at WSM Casino.

When a casino asks for ID

“No KYC” usually means no check at sign-up. CasinOK lists no KYC at all, and Crypto-Games asks for nothing up front but may check large withdrawals. Vave and Metaspins can request identity checks before a payout, and 7Bit Casino unlocks withdrawals only after verification. BitStarz says verification is at its discretion. Our no-KYC guide sorts the ten by how much they ask.

Withdrawal speed leaderboard

The board ranks the ten by the fastest time we can document: our own test where we have one, otherwise the stated payout time. MyStake and BC.Game are left without a time because no source gives one.

  7. 07 Crypto-Games logo Crypto-Games ≤ 60 min Stated Instant to 60 min
  8. 08 Metaspins logo Metaspins ≤ 60 min Stated Under 1 h (BTC), no fees

Where we ran a test withdrawal, that time sets the order; otherwise the casino's stated crypto payout time does. Network confirmations can add time on busy days.

Which coins work at a crypto casino in Australia

Bitcoin gets the headlines, but it is not always the best coin to play with. The grid shows which of the ten accept the main coins, based on the lists we hold. A dash means we hold no source for the coin, not that it is refused: Betpanda and WSM Casino name only Bitcoin (treat them as BTC casinos first), and BC.Game states only that it supports 18 networks.

Choosing between BTC, LTC, USDT, SOL and DOGE

Bitcoin works everywhere on the list but is the slowest and usually the costliest to move. Litecoin is the coin behind our 20-minute test at Vave, with a lower network fee than Bitcoin, and Solana was our 37-minute coin at BitStarz. USDT holds a steady value in dollar terms, which helps while a bonus is being cleared, but check the network. DOGE is accepted at CasinOK, Vave, 7Bit Casino, Crypto-Games, Metaspins and BitStarz. Each has its own page: Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT, Solana, Dogecoin and Bitcoin Cash.

Crypto vs PayID vs card vs bank

Crypto is faster and more private, but it is also irreversible and exposes you to price swings. PayID and cards are familiar and traceable. MyStake lists PayID and cards, and BitStarz lists Visa and Mastercard, though fiat availability changes and we have not tested it. The comparison below sets the four methods side by side.

Crypto casino bonuses explained

A bonus is a loan with conditions, not a gift. Every offer in our list has a wagering requirement, a time limit and rules on what counts, and the gap between the best and worst of them is huge: 25x at the low end of Crypto-Games, 80x at Betpanda. Our crypto casino bonuses page goes through them in more detail, and these are the types you will meet.

Welcome match bonuses

A match bonus credits a percentage of your deposit, usually split over several deposits. CasinOK offers 300% up to $6,000 over three deposits, Vave 325% up to 4 BTC over four, and BC.Game 470% over four. Bigger percentages do not mean better value if the wagering is 60x.

Free spins

Free spins are tied to a pokie and carry their own wagering on the winnings. 7Bit Casino lists 75 no-deposit free spins, Crypto-Games gives 200 with a $50+ deposit, and BC.Game applies 40x to 60x to free-spin winnings.

Cashback

Cashback returns a share of losses. Betpanda’s 10% weekly cashback is wager-free, which makes it the cleanest in the group. CasinOK lists 10% cashback, Vave 5%, and 7Bit Casino up to 20% on weekends.

Rakeback

Rakeback pays back part of the casino’s edge on every bet, whether it wins or loses. Crypto-Games pays 10% weekly, rising to 25% at the top VIP level, and Metaspins goes up to 120%.

Reload bonuses

Reloads reward later deposits. Vave offers a weekly reload at 50% up to 150 USDT with 100 free spins; WSM Casino lists weekly bonuses up to $10,000.

VIP programmes

VIP schemes pay cashback or rakeback tiers and sometimes assign a host. WSM Casino lists a personal VIP host with 20% to 25% cashback, and Crypto-Games adds 600 free spins at its top level.

How a crypto bonus differs from a fiat one

Many crypto bonuses are denominated in coins, such as 4 BTC or 20,000 USDT, so their value in A$ moves with the market while you clear them. The wagering maths is the same as with any other bonus.

Bonus terms checklist

  • The wagering multiplier, and whether it covers the bonus alone or the deposit plus the bonus.
  • The time limit: 7 days at BitStarz, 14 at WSM Casino, 30 at Vave and MyStake, 60 at Metaspins.
  • Maximum bet while a bonus is active, and which games count in full.
  • Any cap on winnings from free spins or no-deposit offers.

To see what a multiplier costs in turnover, take a $100 bonus at 35x: you must wager $3,500 before it converts to withdrawable cash. If the requirement covers deposit plus bonus, the same $100 deposit and $100 bonus means $7,000. The calculator does the sum for any offer.

A guide only: game weighting, max-bet rules and time limits in each casino's terms change the real figure. Ranges such as 35–50x mean the casino's terms vary by offer; try both ends.

Bitcoin casino games: what you can play

The game range is the main reason players pick a crypto casino over a sportsbook. Libraries run from 2,300+ at BitStarz to 9,000+ at CasinOK and BC.Game. Remember what the law says about the product itself: pokies, roulette and blackjack are exactly the services the Interactive Gambling Act bars operators from offering to Australians.

Online pokies

Slots dominate every lobby. Our Bitcoin pokies page ranks the casinos by library size and provider list. MyStake names Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming and NoLimit City, and BitStarz lists BGaming, Playtech, Betsoft and Yggdrasil.

Live dealer games

Vave’s 1,350 live tables come from 11 studios, among them Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Ezugi, and MyStake has 300+. See the live casino page for the shortlist.

Table games

Blackjack, roulette and baccarat sit in the same lobbies, and RTP figures such as 96.5% at 7Bit Casino and 97.3% at Crypto-Games are averages across the library, not a promise for any game.

Crash games

Crash games are fast: a multiplier climbs and you cash out before it crashes. Crypto-Games is built around crypto-native titles and BC.Game around in-house originals. We explain the format and its risks on our crash games page.

Provably fair games

A provably fair game lets you check each result with a cryptographic proof rather than trust the operator. BitStarz lists provably fair titles. It checks the single round, not the odds, so a fair game can still lose.

Sports betting

Eight of the ten run a sportsbook; 7Bit Casino and BitStarz do not. CasinOK adds a 125% sportsbook bonus, Vave a 100% match up to 1 BTC, and Crypto-Games a $50 free bet. See the crypto betting page.

Playing at a crypto casino on your phone

Browser or app

Most of the ten work in a mobile browser. 7Bit Casino has no dedicated app, Crypto-Games runs in the mobile browser, and BC.Game is a web app only. We list no native app for the rest.

Lock the phone down

A casino account and a wallet on one handset are only as safe as the handset. Use a screen lock, keep the operating system updated, and log out of the cashier when you finish. Public Wi-Fi is a poor place to send coins.

Keep your wallet separate

Use a wallet app for the coins and the browser for the casino, and avoid saving a seed phrase in your phone notes. The wallet guide explains the options.

How to start at a Bitcoin casino

  1. Understand the position: the operator is the one breaking Australian law, and you carry the practical risk.
  2. Check that the site loads on your connection. If it does not, do not try to force it.
  3. Buy coins at an AUSTRAC-registered exchange, in an amount you can afford to lose.
  4. Deposit a small amount, play, and test a withdrawal before you commit more.
  5. Set deposit and time limits before you start, not after a bad session.

Staying safe at a crypto casino

Offshore casinos give you no Australian regulator to appeal to, so test before you trust. Red flags include a missing licence, vague bonus terms, a withdrawal that stalls on a new document request, and anyone pressuring you to deposit more. You can report a site you think is illegal to the ACMA without giving your name. Never send crypto to an address you received by message. Keep screenshots of your balance, the bonus terms and any support chat, because a dispute with an offshore operator is hard to win. Withdraw winnings regularly rather than leaving a large balance on a site, since an account on a blocked domain can become unreachable.

Our verdict: the best crypto casino for Australians

CasinOK is our best overall pick. It combines instant payouts, no KYC at sign-up, nine coins and a 9,000+ library, and it earns the top score on the heaviest criterion. Vave is the better choice when payout flexibility matters most, and 7Bit Casino has the biggest Bitcoin welcome. If you want weekly value more than a headline bonus, Betpanda’s wager-free cashback and Crypto-Games’ rakeback are the pair to look at.

Match the pick to the player. For high rollers, Vave allows up to $50,000 per withdrawal transaction and WSM Casino advertises bonuses up to $25,000. For low deposits, Betpanda starts at $0.10 and Crypto-Games from about A$1 to A$2. For live dealer tables, Vave lists 1,350. For pokies, CasinOK and MyStake have libraries of 9,000+ and 7,000 to 8,750+. For sports, CasinOK has its own 125% bonus and Crypto-Games a $50 free bet.

No site on this list is risk-free, and none is licensed in Australia. Treat any deposit as entertainment spending. The chooser below matches the ten to the way you play.

Responsible gambling

Gambling is for adults only: you must be 18 or over. Set a budget, keep sessions short, and never chase losses. BetStop, the free national self-exclusion register, blocks you from Australian-licensed online and phone gambling providers for a minimum of three months, but it does not cover offshore casinos, so use each site’s own limit tools too. For support, call Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858, 24 hours a day, or Lifeline on 13 11 14. The National Debt Helpline on 1800 007 007 helps with money worries. Frequently asked questions

Is it legal to play at a Bitcoin casino in Australia?

Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 it is an offence for a provider to offer online casino games such as pokies, roulette or blackjack to people in Australia, whether the operator is local or offshore. The Act targets providers, not their customers. The practical risk sits with you: the Department of Infrastructure warns that illegal services sometimes refuse to return deposits or pay winnings, and Australian regulators cannot help you recover them. The ACMA also asks internet providers to block these sites, so an existing account can stop loading. Our full breakdown is in the guide to crypto gambling and the law in Australia.

Which is the best Bitcoin casino for Australian players?

On our scorecard CasinOK ranks first with 8.5 out of 10, followed by Vave on 8.4 and 7Bit Casino on 8.2. The ranking weights payout speed at 25%, bonus value and wagering at 20%, and coins, game library, licence, privacy and extras for the rest. BC.Game scores 8.2 but sits tenth because it told us it does not accept players from Australia.

Do Bitcoin casinos require KYC?

It varies. CasinOK lists no KYC and Crypto-Games asks for nothing at sign-up, though it may run checks on large withdrawals. Vave shows a no-KYC badge but may ask for a selfie with ID or a call, and 7Bit Casino unlocks withdrawals only after identity verification. Treat 'no KYC' as 'no KYC at sign-up' and expect a check if you withdraw a lot.

Which coin is best for gambling: Bitcoin, Litecoin or USDT?

Bitcoin is accepted almost everywhere but is usually the slowest and dearest to move. Litecoin produced our 20-minute test cashout at Vave, and Solana gave 37 minutes at BitStarz. USDT keeps your balance steady in A$ terms while you play, but you must pick the same network on both sides. Our coin pages compare each option in detail.

How fast are crypto casino withdrawals?

The stated times range from instant at CasinOK, Betpanda and WSM Casino to 15 to 60 minutes at Crypto-Games and up to 24 hours at BitStarz, though BitStarz says most requests are approved in about three minutes. In our own tests Vave paid out in 20 minutes via Litecoin and BitStarz in 37 minutes via Solana. MyStake and BC.Game do not publish a payout time.

Do I pay tax on crypto casino winnings in Australia?

The ATO treats betting and gambling wins as non-assessable for a recreational player, so they do not go on your tax return. Crypto is different: swapping, selling or spending a coin is a capital gains tax event, and coins you win and later hold as an investment carry a cost base equal to their market value on the day you won them. Keep records and ask a registered tax agent about your own case.
